Everything was well-maintained, marvellous location right by Royal Melbourne Hospital and the city centre, outstandingly accommodating stuff.

Location close to cafe, pubs, shops, The Comedy Lounge, two different tram lines, Queen Victoria Market and Hospitals on Royal Parade and restaurants. Lovely staff during my stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near various places that I needed to go to, making it easy for me to get around. The tram stop nearby also made transportation a breeze. Additionally, the rooms on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the bustling Arden Street provided a pleasant and relaxing view.

Everything was satisfactory and there was nothing that needed improvement.

Had really comfortable stay which were the main purpose of our visit, the staff were amicable, location was FAVOURABLE right near the tram stop. The bed was spacious, and the room itself was large.

Roomy and Comfortable Bed, Helpful Staff, Convenient Location

The room we stayed in during our business trip was quite roomy and accommodating. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing us to have a decent night's rest after a long day at work. The staff were very helpful, always willing to lend a hand when needed. We also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was near some key locations.

We did encounter some negative aspects during our stay. The toilet had a rather unpleasant smell that didn't seem to go away even with multiple flushes.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the range of cooking facilities available in the room to make breakfast in the morning. One of the best aspects of the location was how conveniently central it was, with easy access to popular shopping and dining precincts within walking distance. I also really liked the fact that the staff were friendly and accommodating with our special requests.

The bathroom cleanliness left a little to be desired as some areas clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and occasionally cut out during our stay, which was frustrating as we needed to stay connected.

Its location close to public transport and hospitals is quite convenient. Being right near the tram stop made it easy to get around. The breakfast provided was adequate and the facility offered cutlery, dishes, and a microwave, which proved handy.

Although the motel was clean and comfortable, the room was showing signs of aging.

Our stay at Arden Motel North Melbourne Pty Ltd was very pleasant. The location was fantastic, especially for those visiting RMH and Peter Mac cancer centre. The room was satisfactory for our needs, and we were impressed by the owner's compassion and decency in allowing us to leave our car at the motel after check-out. The staff were friendly, and the proximity to hospitals made our stay convenient. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as a smaller bathroom space and a slightly musty smell from the aircon, overall I would recommend this hotel.
